I brought two tires in to be put on while the other two were delayed in shipping to be mounted, along with an alignment. I was told a cost of the two tire installation and alignment ahead of time, and was charged an extra ten at the time or payment because they were low profile (which was completely understandable). However, while they were installing the tires, they apparently cut/damaged the valve stem while mounting one and for whatever reason, did not think it would matter since the wheel has two valve stems and did not tell me. My tire pressure kept dropping on my way home and I had to return to the shop and that's when they said they had damaged the valve stem, and they would replace it for free. I come back two days later with the other two tires and when it comes time to pay, I am charged even more this time for the installation of the other two tires. When I inquired about it at the time of payment, the man told me that they had to charge me that much because it was low profile. And I explained that I had heard that same thing from the other man on my previous visit and he continues to tell me that they actually should have charged me even more on the previous visit and this one so I should be happy. It seems they have no set price if they think they can take advantage of you. I even asked for a receipt like the one I received on the initial visit (a printed itemized statement) and the only thing I was allowed to have was the crumpled up work order he had tossed into the trash. I had to wait for over an hour just for them to get to my car even with an early morning appointment, which would have been OK given the fact that the shop seemed busy both visits; however, being lied to and overcharged and not given a proper receipt to keep for my records and to also see exactly what I'm being charged for, is unacceptable.
I was told it would be an hour wait for new tires, alignment, and an oil change. I was there for over 2.5 hours.
I tried to use my BigOTires Credit Card for the 6 months 0% interest that they offer and they kept saying it was declined and I had to use a different payment method. They had charged my CreditCard FOUR times along with my other payment (A total of FIVE payments!!) I went to address the issue the next day, and Richard did help me get the charges on my BigO Card cancelled, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I now have to pay the interest for my other card that I shouldn’t have even had to use! On top of it all, they gave me the wrong tires that I didn’t ask for! Wrong size and different brand! I am very disappointed with the service I was given and will not be returning.

Well I just visited the Shelbyville location today, and got two more tires and an alignment. They bring me a sheet to show me just how out of alignment my tires are, and you can tell 100% that the bardstown location didn’t do an alignment on my car. So, in short, these people charged me for an alignment they didn’t do.
Was told YESTERDAY that they could get my car in and get the tire fixed that day. Took the car and in and they needed to order the tire, understandable. Supposed to get my tire in at 10 today and when it came in they said they couldn’t get it on today. I have to drive my daughter tomorrow with a roofing nail in my tire then come back and sit and hope they get me in tomorrow. Plus the site says they close at 6:00 but at 5:30 no one is answering the phone. We won’t be back.
